We aim to introduce the role of breathing retraining for people with respiratory conditions including how to start to identify if someone has a breathing pattern disorder. We will cover a range of Buteyko Breathing Techniques and how they can be used to help patients with dysfunctional breathing patterns and symptoms of breathlessness.
