Breathlessness is a common symptom to see in our population and this is especially true in the more acute situation. This presentation will be practically aimed for clinicians to help support clinical management in a community setting.

• Recognise common patterns of presentations with breathlessness
• Understand appropriate assessment and management in a busy winter environment
• Gain clarity on who it is safe to manage outside hospital.
• Recognise areas of uncertainty clinically and how to manage this.
