Nicola has worked in respiratory medicine for over 10 years starting in respiratory high dependency and then developing as a clinical nurse specialist in respiratory before moving into the community to follow her passion for proactive healthcare. She currently sits on the Primary Care Respiratory Society (PCRS) executive and policy committees and chairs the South Yorkshire Respiratory Interest Group (SYRIG) as well as working on national service development projects and providing teaching sessions for various organisations including Morph Consultancy and The University of Sheffield as well as local vocational training scheme supporting professionals moving into primary care.
