Victoria Spellacy is the Senior Manager for the Accelerated Access Collaborative’s Rapid Uptake Product Programme. After graduating in Law, Vicky worked as a civil servant in a range of roles in the Department of Health and Social Care for over 21 years. She joined the Innovation, Research and Life Sciences team at NHS England and Improvement in 2018 to work on the development of the programme she now leads supporting stronger NHS adoption and spread of proven innovations.
